Our Kang Kong pesto can be kept in the pantry for several weeks, making it the perfect condiment to this pasta. - 3 cups cooked pasta of your choice
- 1 cup baguio beans, sliced diagonally
- 2 whole garlic bulbs peeled, by clove
- 1 cup Mesa Ni Misis Kang Kong Pesto
Heat a pan on the stove.
Place garlic cloves and sear them on each side until brown. Remove from pan when tender.
In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of water and throw in the Baguio beans to blanche them.
Remove and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pasta, beans, garlic and kang kong pesto.
Add vegan cheese on top, if desired.
