Earlier this week, Mesa Ni Misis collaborated with Happy Ongpauco Tiu for an event for Singaporean Fashion brand In Good Company. In Good Company highlighted the advocacy of Mesa Ni Misis by allowing us to choose who we would work with. I have always admired Happy as a business woman, wife and mother. When In Good Company asked me who I wanted to cater my event, it was Happy that came to mind. She generously offered to create recipes for Mesa Ni Misis that we could share and recreate anywhere staying within our affordable budge. The Singaporean Curried noodles, as well as all the dishes presented at the event pay homage to In Good Company’s Singaporean roots. We hope you enjoy this first instalment of Mesa Ni Misis and Happy Ongpauco.
