Singaporean Curried Noodles
Ingredients
  • 1 pack vermicelli noodles ( good for 4)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tsp curry powder ( adjust to taste)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1-2 tsp coco sugar
  • 1 tsp toyomansi or soy sauce
  • assorted vegetables of choice
  • optional: Add fried tofu
Instructions
  1. Blanche vermicelli noodles.

  2. In a pan, add the sesame oil.

  3. Add the onions.

  4. Add the lime juice, coco sugar, curry powder, toyo mansi and garlic. 

  5. Add all the vegetables and sauté.

  6. Add blanched vermicelli. Add fried tofu if desired. 

  7. Salt and pepper to taste .
