Mango-Cilantro Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 2 mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 small banana or 1/2 large banana
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender, and blend till smooth.

  2. You can add any plant based protein powder and spirulina to make it extra filling and nutrient dense.
