Create a mixture of garlic and sesame oil and combine with mortar and pestle, or mash with the back of a fork.
Heat a pan and add the mixture.
Add the pineapples. Cook the pineapples until they have browned on the edges.
Add the crushed kasoy and brown.
Add a little more oil before adding the brown rice to the mixture.
Mix in the cooked brown rice and combine.
Add the soy sauce.
Stir in the malungay and pechay.
Squeeze the dayap juice over the rice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with the wansoy and singkamas on top before serving.
